Product Technical Support
Provide technical support for the entire range of Renault products, including product selection and replacement, troubleshooting, simple application and installation issues, and provide customers with answers to common technical questions (FAQ).

Order and Business Support
Provide order processing support for Greno's contracted customers, as well as logistics and business information consultation to all customers, including price, inventory, delivery time, invoice inquiry, and handling returns and exchanges, and provide e-commerce support.

Pre sales and after-sales service
